Sasquash Pumpkin Farm is a micro u-pick, pumpkin patch located in Philpot, KY. With nearly 50 varieties of the iconic squash planted in the field, you will find everything you need for your favorite fall festivities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Due to the nature of agricultural tourism relying heavily on plant growth and weather, operating times fluctuate. With that said, 2024 Opening is set for Friday, September 20. Please follow our Facebook page for official times.

There is a parking lot at the front of pumpkin patch. However, if the lot is full when you arrive, you will be directed to another spot by one of the Sasquash Farm workers.

All parking is free.

Absolutely! The goal of the pumpkin farm is to operate as a memorable place for the entire family to visit every year. With that said, we ask that children are accompanied  by their parents/guardians at all times. 

For 2024, you will be able to purchase shirts, snacks, and other various small goods.

No. We ask that your animals be kept at home.

Service Animals are perfectly welcome!

Yes. A few different options will be provided for a nice selfie or family photo. 

Sasquash Pumpkin Farm is not liable for any injury that happens on the farm during the visit of a customer. 

There will be no heavy equipment or farming tools near the pumpkin patch that could harm or injure an individual. But there will be uneven ground and there will be a hay wagon for photography purposes. Please walk carefully when selecting your pumpkins and please be careful if you decide to sit on the hay wagon.

Where to Find Us

The pumpkin farm is located off of State Route 142. Simply head towards Bethabara Baptist Church from 54 or 231, and look for the direction signs. 

Most importantly, we ask that you drive slowly and respectfully down the long drive way (10 mph). Not only are there children often at play, but the neighbors have worked collectively over the last 15+ years to maintain the drive.
